1. Order Processing Time

All oil orders are freshly packed from our facility. Orders are verified and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays).

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery estimates depend on your destination:

• Tamil Nadu & South India: 2 to 4 business days.
• Rest of India (Metro Cities): 3 to 5 business days.
• Rest of India (Non-Metro / Rural areas): 5 to 7 business days.

4. Packaging & Fragile Handling

Our oils are bottled in food-grade leak-proof bottles and encased in multi-layered protective cushion packaging with "Fragile - Handle with Care" markings to ensure damage-free transit.

5. Live Shipment Tracking

As soon as your package is dispatched, we send you an SMS/WhatsApp and email containing your courier tracking number and live tracking link. You can also view your live tracking directly in My Orders.
