By accessing or using the website of ADHARVA OIL, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Purity Disclaimer

All oils sold by ADHARVA OIL are 100% pure, wood-pressed / cold-pressed without chemical refinement, artificial preservatives, or synthetic additives.

• Natural Variations: Because our oils are natural and unrefined, slight variations in color, aroma, and natural sediment may occur across seasonal harvests. This is a hallmark of authentic unrefined oil.
• Coconut Oil Freezing: Pure cold-pressed coconut oil naturally solidifies at temperatures below 24°C (75°F). This is normal physical behavior and not a product defect.

3. Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on the store are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Shipping charges and COD fees (if applicable) are clearly calculated and displayed before you confirm your order.

4. Orders & Payment

We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). When selecting Cash on Delivery, you agree to pay the total invoice amount in cash or UPI to the delivery courier upon arrival.

5. Limitation of Liability & Jurisdiction

In no event shall ADHARVA OIL or its owners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Any legal disputes arising out of transactions on this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India.
